PE
 
Pupils must come to school in appropriate PE kit (plain and no logos). Long
hair must be tied back and no jewellery (plastic spacers are available at the school office).

Various tasks will be set on the accounts below. Pupils have unlimited access to the accounts below. All log in details can be found inside their reading records.

Pupils will receive new spellings each Monday and will be tested on them each Friday.

In year 5, pupils are expected to be able to recall all multiplications up to the 12 times table.

Reading 
All pupils will all receive a banded book to read and return. Reading records must be completed before they are returned. All banded books are given based on reading assessment results and teacher judgement. Pupils will also be given the opportunity to choose a book from our classroom reading corner for free

Walking home
 
Permission slips must be returned if pupils will be walking home without an adult.
 
 
 
Mobile phones
 
If pupils bring their mobile phones into school, they will be turned off and placed in the teacher's cupboard until the end of the day. Mobile phones must not be used on the school premises.
 
 
 
Swimming
 
Permission requests will be sent out soon for pupils to go swimming, this is part of the National Curriculum. Pupils will go in the afternoons and return for the usual time of 3.15pm.
