Level 3 and Level 5 (Higher Level) Teaching Assistant – Jubilee Explorers
Are you passionate about shaping young minds? Jubilee School is seeking 2 energetic, qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support our new Early Years setting. This term-time only role (Monday–Friday) offers the chance to work closely under the guidance of teachers to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for 2–4 year olds.
We are also seeking a Level 5 (Grade 7) Teaching Assistant to manage the day to day running of the setting, and (under the supervision of our Early Years Lead) plan, develop and monitor learning activities.

  • Teaching Assistant - Early Years
What you'll do:
  • Provide hands-on support for pupils
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
  • Observe, report, and contribute to the development of each child’s progress.
  • Cover rotas between 7.45am and 5pm
Who we’re looking for:
  • Level 3 qualified with Early Years experience.

Salary: £27,274 Full Time Equivalent; £23,116 Actual as Term Time Only (plus 3 training days).

  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Early Years
What you'll do:
  • Day to day management of Jubilee Explorers
  • Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, under the oversight of our Early Years Lead
  • Observe, report, and contribute to the development of each child’s progress.
  • Working hours will be 37 per week between 8am and 4.30pm; rota tbc.
Who we’re looking for:
  • HLTA standards met - and/or have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline, substantial experience, and/or be willing to work towards a Level 4 qualification.
  • Patient, resilient, and proactive, with a genuine love for working with children.
  • A team player committed to the school’s ethos and inclusive culture.
Salary: £33,119 Full Time Equivalent; £28,069 Actual as Term Time Only (plus 3 training days).
