We can't believe it is the last day for you in year 2.
Parents, we can't thank you enough for all of you hard work and support through this unusual time-perhaps you'll all be looking in the future to have a career in education?...maybe not!
Children, it's not what we thought your time in year 2 would look like. We are so proud of each and every one of you for all of your amazing work and positive attitudes. We can't wait to see you around school in September.

Week beginning 8th June:
Lesson 1: Use the 'Identify and name trees' sheet below to help you identify trees by looking at their leaves. When you're on a walk this week, see if you can find and identify trees from this information sheet
Week beginning 22nd June:
Lesson 2:Use the 'Identify and name common plants' sheet below to help you name lots of different plants you see during your time outside this week. If it is safe, find somewhere with lots of grassy areas to search for these common plants. Draw your favourite plant from your search.
Week beginning 6th July:
Lesson 4: Follow the link below and scroll down to 'For children aged 5-7'
Week beginning 13th July:
Lesson 5: This week we would like you to find things around the house to make your own plant. Remember to give it all of its parts such as a stem, roots, leaves and flower.

Singing Lesson 'Don't worry, be happy'
Have fun singing...you'll find supporting videos to help you warm up and learn the song (Watching it on YouTube may also help). You then have 3 activities to do once you've learnt the song.

For the next 3 weeks it is School arts week (I know it should be weeks!), try to use some of your time to create something artistic, it could be photos, drawings, paintings, images on the computer, sculpture or even dance.
